You can now help riders that have forgotten their login information in the mobile app, or if their FEI ID was reserved by trainer or family membrer before.

Sign in to online.equipe.com via app.equipe.com. File > Publish Online, Green button Sign in to online.equipe.com.

From the Admin menu, choose Self services.

Here you will find a list of all riders that have connected self service to their mobile app.
